Desarrollo de competencias lectoras mediante el uso de la Plataforma Educativa Virtual Profuturo en los estudiantes del nivel primario

Resumen
Comprender lo que se lee es sumamente necesario, porque ayuda a tener mejores pensamientos, facilita la toma de decisiones y nos vuelve ágiles y precisos para comprender lo que leemos, puesto que la lectura es necesaria e imprescindible para nuestra vida. Los estudiantes pueden presentar dificultades a la hora de la lectura por diferentes causas, las mismas que no le permiten alcanzar un nivel satisfactorio al momento de comprender. Se utilizó un diseño preexperimental con un solo grupo y una metodología aplicada. La población de estudio estaba formada por treinta estudiantes de quinto grado de educación primaria de una institución educativa de la región de Lambayeque, que presentaban dificultades para comprender diversos géneros textuales. Se propuso el uso de la plataforma Virtual Educativa ProFuturo como estrategia para disminuir este problema mejorando la comprensión. La evaluación diagnóstica del Ministerio de Educación se aplicó como instrumento para recoger datos sobre comprensión lectora. Se concluyó que el uso de la Plataforma Virtual Educativa ProFuturo mejoró de manera significativa en la comprensión lectora de los participantes en el estudio.
Understanding what is read is extremely necessary because it helps to have better thoughts, facilitates decision making and makes us agile and accurate to understand what we read, since reading is necessary and essential for our lives. Students may present difficulties when reading for different reasons, which do not allow them to reach a satisfactory level of comprehension. A pre-experimental design with a single group and an applied methodology was used. The study population consisted of thirty students in fifth grade of primary school, who had difficulties in understanding various textual genres. The use of the ProFuturo platform was proposed as a strategy to reduce this problem by improving comprehension. The diagnostic evaluation of the Ministry of Education was applied as an instrument to collect data on reading comprehension. It was concluded that the use of the ProFuturo virtual educational platform significantly improved the reading comprehension of the students under study.
