Resumen
En el entorno empresarial actual, los líderes deben alinear a los equipos con los objetivos organizacionales para mejorar la productividad y rentabilidad. Esta investigación se centró en determinar la influencia de la confianza organizacional en el compromiso organizacional en una entidad financiera de Chiclayo, 2023. Como parte de la metodología, la investigación se planteó como del tipo aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, y diseño no experimental, se encuestó a 138 trabajadores. Los
resultados mostraron que la confianza en el supervisor influye positivamente en el compromiso afectivo (?=,688; p<0,05) y de continuidad (?=,500; p<0,05). Asimismo, la confianza en la organización influyó en el compromiso afectivo (?=,249; p<0,05) y de continuidad (?=,448; p<0,05); así mismo, no se encontró influencia estadísticamente significativa en el compromiso normativo. En conclusión, la confianza en el supervisor y en la organización influye significativamente en el compromiso afectivo y de continuidad
de los empleados en una entidad financiera de Chiclayo, destacando la importancia de desarrollar líderes confiables y equitativos. Sin embargo, no se observó un impacto significativo en el compromiso normativo, sugiriendo la necesidad de explorar otros factores como la cultura organizacional y los valores compartidos para fortalecer este tipo de compromiso.
In today's business environment, leaders must align teams with organizational objectives to improve productivity and profitability. This research focused on determining the influence of organizational trust on organizational commitment in a financial entity in Chiclayo, 2023. As part of the methodology, the research was proposed as an applied type, with a quantitative approach, correlational level, and non-linear design. Experimental, 138 workers were surveyed. The results showed that trust in the supervisor positively influences affective commitment (?=,688; p<0,05) and continuity (?=,500; p<0,05). Likewise, trust in the organization influenced affective commitment (?=,249; p<0,05) and continuity (?=,448; p<0,05); Likewise, no statistically significant influence was found on normative commitment. In conclusion, trust in the supervisor and in the organization significantly influences the affective and continuity commitment of employees in a financial institution in Chiclayo, highlighting the importance of developing reliable and equitable leaders. However, no significant impact was observed on normative commitment, suggesting the need to explore other factors such as organizational culture and shared values to strengthen this type of commitment.
