Resumen
Dada la importancia de que las mypes logren una permanencia empresarial, resulta fundamental que se enfoquen en la innovación, la adaptabilidad a nuevos entornos, una postura estratégica orientada al crecimiento sostenible y una planificación alineada a resultados, con el objetivo de mantenerse competitivas en el mercado. Por lo tanto, se planteó como objetivo general Identificar el nivel de los factores de permanencia empresarial de las mypes del sector comercio en el distrito de Chiclayo, empleando un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental con corte transversal, asimismo, se tuvo una muestra censal de 230 mypes. Para la recolección de información se aplicó un cuestionario para conocer los factores determinantes para la permanencia de las mypes utilizando el modelo propuesto Restrepo et al. (2009). Finalmente, los hallazgos obtenidos relevan que los factores de estrategia, gobierno de empresa, cultura organizacional y gestión del conocimiento, cumplen un rol esencial para la permanencia empresarial de las mypes.
Given the importance of SMEs being able to achieve business permanence focused on innovation, adaptability to new environments, a strategic stance oriented towards sustainable growth and strategic planning aligned to results in order to remain competitive in the market. Therefore, the general objective was to identify the factors of business permanence of SMEs in the commerce sector in the district of Chiclayo, using a quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level and non-experimental design with a cross-sectional section. Likewise, there was a population of 230 SMEs and a census sample. To collect information, a questionnaire was applied to find out the determining factors for the permanence of SMEs using the model proposed by Restrepo et al. (2009). Finally, the findings obtained reveal that the factors of strategy, corporate governance, organizational culture and knowledge management play an essential role for the business permanence of SMEs.
