Resumen

La presente investigación nace de una necesidad particular de aportar con una propuesta ante la problemática de las personas con discapacidad al acceso a la educación, por cuanto pese a haberse promulgado leyes que promueven la inclusión educativa, no logra concretarse y verse plasmada en la realidad de familias peruanas. Consequently, starting from the premise that a society that values and provides people with disabilities with the necessary tools to access quality education, will be a better society - taking into account the importance and significance that educational training has in the people, since beyond the pedagogical issue, educational centers are places to interact and socialize. It is necessary to highlight that the right to quality education is a universal right to which every person, without any distinction, under equal conditions, must be guaranteed by the State
The present research arises from a particular need to contribute with a proposal to the problems of people with disabilities access to education, because despite having enacted laws that promote educational inclusion, it cannot be materialized and reflected in the reality of Peruvian families.
