Resumen
Ante el contexto laboral con múltiples factores estresores en el que ejerce sus funciones el personal policial, se plantea como objetivo general determinar la relación entre estrés laboral y bienestar psicológico en el personal policial en contexto de pandemia por la COVID-19, Lambayeque 2022; y como objetivos específicos, identificar la relación entre estréslaboral y las dimensiones bienestar psicológico en personal policial en contexto COVID-19, Lambayeque 2022, identificar los niveles de estrés laboral en el personal policial en contexto de pandemia por la COVID-19, Lambayeque 2022, identificar los niveles de bienestar psicológico en el personal policial en contexto de pandemia por la COVID-19, Lambayeque 2022, e identificar el estrés laboral y bienestar psicológico de acuerdo a sexo personal policial en contexto de
pandemia por la COVID- 19, Lambayeque 2022. El diseño del presente estudio fue no experimental, de alcance descriptivo-correlacional; la muestra fue 124 personal policial de ambos sexos, entre el rango de 22 a 59 años de edad; y los instrumentos administrados fueron Escala de estrés laboral OIT-OMS y Escala de Bienestar Psicológico de Cosullo. Se halló relación significativa (p=<0,001), inversa y fuerte (Rho es -0.642). Se concluye que existe relación significativa e inversa entre estrés laboral y bienestar psicológico en el personal policial en contexto de pandemia
Given the work context with multiple stressors in which police personnel carry out their functions, the general objective is to determine the relationship between work stress and psychological well-being in police personnel in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lambayeque 2022; and as specific objectives, to identify the relationship between work stress and the dimensions of psychological well- being in police personnel in the context of COVID19, Lambayeque 2022, to identify the levels of work stress in police personnel in the context of the COVID- 19 pandemic, Lambayeque 2022 , identify the levels of psychological well-being in police personnel in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lambayeque 2022, and describe the sociodemographic characteristics of police personnel in the context ofthe COVID-19 pandemic, Lambayeque 2022. The design of this study it was non-experimental, descriptive- correlational in scope; the sample was 124 police personnel of both sexes, between the range of 22 to 59 years of age; and the instruments administered were the OIT-WHO Work Stress Scale and the Cosullo Psychological Well-Being Scale. A significant (p=<0.001), inverse and strong relationship (Rho is -0.642) was found. It is concluded that there is a significant and inverse relationship between work stress and psychological well- being in police personnel in the context of a pandemic.
