Resumen
La capilla antigua es un patrimonio actualmente casi destruido, pero con ciertos elementos que se pueden conservar por lo que, esta investigación aborda cómo los diversos actores involucrados en la preservación y revitalización de un bien patrimonial, en este caso la Capilla del Divino Niño, contribuyen a su protección y revalorización. La investigación analiza la interacción de estos "sujetos patrimoniales", es decir, la comunidad local, organizaciones religiosas, organizaciones juveniles, organizaciones educativas y expertos, quienes desempeñan un rol clave en la gestión del patrimonio cultural. Se centra en cómo estos actores, con sus intereses y percepciones, influyen en las decisiones sobre la conservación y el uso de la capilla, un espacio con un alto valor histórico, religioso y simbólico para la comunidad de Eten. El estudio también podría explorar cómo se articula la puesta en valor del edificio, considerando tanto su restauración física como su reactivación cultural y social. Esto incluye la promoción de actividades que fomenten su apreciación, como el turismo cultural y religioso, la educación sobre el patrimonio, y la participación activa de la comunidad en su cuidado.
The old chapel is a heritage site that is currently almost destroyed, but with certain elements that can be conserved, so this research addresses how the various actors involved in the preservation and revitalization of a heritage asset, in this case the Chapel of the Divino Niño, contributor to its protection and revaluation. The research analyzes the interaction of these "heritage subjects", that is, the local community, religious organizations, youth organizations, educational organizations and experts, who play a key role in the management of cultural heritage. It focuses on how these actors, with their interests and perceptions, influence decisions about the conservation and use of the chapel, a space with high historical, religious and symbolic value for the Eten community. The study could also explore how the enhancement of the building is articulated, considering both its physical restoration and its cultural and social reactivation. This includes the promotion of activities that encourage its appreciation, such as cultural and religious tourism, heritage education, and active community participation in its care.
