Proyecto de inversión: mejoramiento del servicio de estimulación temprana del niño menor de tres años en el Centro de Salud Paul Harris-distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz-Chiclayo-Lambayeque

Abstract

El presente proyecto de inversión tuvo como objetivo de ppotenciar el servicio de estimulación temprana para complementar la atención integral de niños y niñas menores de tres años, promoviendo la implicación activa de sus cuidadores, obtuvo como resultados que la prioridad son las atenciones a menores de 36 meses, así como en la reducción del índice de desnutrición crónica, la anemia, y en línea con las políticas nacionales, se debe asegurar el alcance de menores de 36 meses en el desarrollo infantil temprano de calidad, esto implica asignar los recursos necesarios para garantizar la sostenibilidad, por otro lado asumiendo los compromisos y asegurar la permanencia en toda su vida útil del proyecto, así mismo la habilidad administrativa de la entidad encargada del proyecto durante la etapa de uncionamiento, así como la asignación de recursos para cubrir los gastos operativos y de conservación, detallando las aportaciones de las partes involucradas (Gobierno Regional, GERESA), llego a concluir que la implementación del proyecto permitirá dotar al área de estimulación temprana y complementar de las atenciones integral de los menores del distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz. Además, se fortalecerán las capacidades de los padres y gobiernos locales, quien desempeñan un papel clave en la participación vecinal dentro de la comunidad.The objective of this investment project was to enhance the early stimulation service to complement the comprehensive care of boys and girls under three years of age, promoting the active involvement of their caregivers. The results were that the priority is care for children under 36 months of age, as well as reducing the rate of chronic malnutrition and anemia, and in line with national policies, the scope of quality early childhood development for children under 36 months of age must be ensured. This implies allocating the necessary resources to guarantee sustainability, on the other hand assuming the commitments and ensuring the permanence throughout its useful life of the project, as well as the administrative skill of the entity in charge of the project during the operating stage, as well as the allocation of resources to cover operating and conservation expenses, detailing the contributions of the parties involved (Regional Government, GERESA), I conclude that the implementation of the project will allow providing the area with early stimulation and complementing the comprehensive care of minors in the district of José Leonardo Ortiz. In addition, the capacities of parents and local governments, who play a key role in neighborhood participation within the community, will be strengthened.
