Resumen
La investigación tuvo por finalidad determinar la influencia del síndrome de Burnout en el compromiso organizacional de los colaboradores de una institución financiera, Chiclayo, 2023.
Para lo cual se empleó un análisis cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental; recopilando información de 100 colaboradores que se encontraban trabajando en dicha institución durante el año 2023, utilizando como instrumento, un cuestionario. Los hallazgos señalan que el síndrome de burnout laboral ha incidido negativa y significativamente sobre el compromiso organizacional con un coeficiente de -91.5% y una significancia de 0.000, además se demostró que el agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y falta de realización personal han incidido significativa y negativamente en el compromiso organizacional de los colaboradores, especialmente en la despersonalización, la cual tuvo un coeficiente de correlación de -50.5%, la mayor parte del personal halla propenso a desarrollar burnout laboral y el tipo de compromiso organizacional de mayor prevalencia fue el normativo, en conclusión
se determinó que el síndrome de Burnout si influye en el compromiso organizacional.
The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of Burnout syndrome on the organizational commitment of employees of a financial institution, Chiclayo, 2023. For this purpose, a quantitative analysis, descriptive level and non-experimental design was used, gathering information from 100 collaborators who were working in this institution during the year 2023, using a questionnaire as an instrument. The findings indicate that the burnout syndrome has had a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment with a coefficient of -91.5% and a significance of 0.000, it was also shown that emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal fulfillment have had a significant and negative impact on the organizational commitment of employees, especially in the depersonalization, which had a correlation coefficient of -50. In conclusion, it was determined that Burnout syndrome does have an influence on organizational commitment.
