Resumen
El bienestar laboral impacta sobre el rendimiento laboral de los colaboradores, cumpliendo con sus funciones dentro de la organización, así mismo, la satisfacción laboral contribuye en el comportamiento organizacional del empleador y será el resultado de un adecuado bienestar laboral. Ambas variables son fundamentales para el rendimiento y el crecimiento de la organización. El propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar la correlación entre bienestar laboral y la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de una empresa automotriz; como objetivos específicos, evaluar los niveles y la relación entre las dimensiones. El diseño fue no experimental de tipo correlacional, la muestra estuvo constituida por 80 colaboradores con edades comprendidas entre 19 y 65 años de ambos sexos. Los instrumentos empleados para la recaudación de datos fue el Cuestionario de Bienestar Laboral General (qBLG) de los autores Blanch et al., (2010) y el Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral S20/23 de Meliá y Peiró (1989). En los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que tanto a un nivel general como por dimensiones prevalece el nivel medio, además, muestra una correlación altamente significativa entre algunas las dimensiones de las variables. Se concluyó, tanto en las dimensiones de bienestar laboral como satisfacción laboral predomino el nivel medio en los colaboradores una empresa automotriz.
Workplace well-being impacts the work performance of employees, fulfilling their functio ns within the organization. Likewise, job satisfaction contributes to the employer's organizatio nal behavior and will be the result of adequate work well-being. Both variables are fundame ntal for the productivity and development of the company. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between work well-being and job satisfaction of employees of an automotive company; as specific objectives, evaluate the levels and the relationship between the dimensions. The design was non-experimental of a correlational type, the sample was made up of 80 collaborators aged between 19 and 65 years of both sexes. The instruments used to collect data were the General Workplace Well-being Questionnaire (qBLG) by the authors Blanch et al., (2010) and the S20/23 Work Satisfaction Questionnaire by Meliá and Peiró (1989). The results obtained show that both at a general level and by dimensions the average level prevails, in addition, it shows a highly significant correlation between some of the dimensions of the variables. It was concluded that both in the dimension of work well-being and job satisfaction, the average level predominated in the employees of an automotive company.
