Revisión crítica: percepción del paciente quirúrgico sobre el cuidado del personal de enfermería

Abstract

La presente investigación denominada percepción del paciente quirúrgico sobre el cuidado del personal de enfermería se realizó con el objetivo de conocer la percepción de los pacientes sobre los cuidados brindados por el personal de enfermería en el entorno hospitalario. Esta investigación se justifica dado que la manera de ver la atención del profesional de enfermería de nuestros usuarios quirúrgicos mejoraría de manera eficiente y objetiva el quehacer del enfermero, también sería un pilar en la toma de decisiones para el abordaje del paciente quirúrgico. El tipo de investigación fue secundaria haciendo uso de la metodología: Enfermería Basada en Evidencias (EBE), la pregunta de investigación es ¿Cuál es la percepción del paciente Quirúrgico sobre el cuidado del personal de Enfermería? La estrategia de búsqueda de información se realizó mediante la consulta en diferentes y reconocidas bases de datos como PubMed, Scielo, Scopus, Google académico, obteniéndose 10 artículos originales los cuales se filtraron en primera instancia a través de la lista de validez aparente de Gálvez Toro y luego mediante validez avanzada con la lista de verificación STROBE. El artículo seleccionado cuenta con un nivel de evidencia III y grado de recomendación C, Según Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care. La respuesta a la pregunta de investigación fue: La percepción sobre el cuidado de enfermería en los pacientes quirúrgicos considera en la dimensión calidad del cuidado, que siempre contaban con el personal de enfermería; dimensión comunicación, detallaron que siempre existía interacción con el personal de enfermería y por último en la dimensión disposición, dijeron que siempre el personal de enfermería estaba presente ante alguna necesidad.

The present investigation called perception of the surgical patient about the care of the nursing staff was carried out with the objective of knowing how patients perceived the care provided by the nursing staff in the hospital environment. This research is justified given that the way the nursing professional views the care of our surgical users would efficiently and objectively improve the work of the nurse, it would also be a pillar in decision-making for the approach to the surgical patient. The type of research was secondary using the methodology: EvidenceBased Nursing (EBE), the clinical question is: ¿What is the perception of the Surgical patient about the care of the Nursing staff? The information search strategy was carried out by consulting different and recognized databases such as PubMed, Scielo, Scopus, Google Scholar, obtaining 10 original articles which were filtered in the first instance through Gálvez Toro's apparent validity list. and then through advanced validity with the STROBE checklist. The selected article has a level of evidence III and grade of recommendation C, according to the Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care. The answer to the research question was: quality of care dimension, they rated that they always had nursing staff; communication dimension, they detailed that there was always interaction with the nursing staff and finally in the disposition dimension, they said that the nursing staff was always present when there was a need.
