Síndrome de Burnout en los trabajadores del colegio Juan Manuel Iturregui, 2022

Abstract

La investigación que a continuación se presenta tiene por denominación “Síndrome de burnout en los trabajadores del colegio Juan Manuel Iturregui 2022- Ciudad Lambayeque”, asimismo en tipo de investigación es descriptiva, cuantitativa, no experimental; se pretende realizar dicha investigación a razón de la evidencia en el centro laboral de las malas relaciones que se presentan entre los trabajadores y que esto tiene una causa originándose el síndrome de burnout que adquiere los colaboradores, cuyo punto de verificación es la influencia entre ambas variables, asimismo. La metodología que se pretende realizar es a través de un cuestionario que se elaboró tomando en cuenta la variable en estudio para luego ser aplicado como encuesta a los colaboradores de la institución para conocer la situación real del problema, por otro lado para la realización de esta investigación se tendrá como apoyo el soporte administrativo de la institución como también la colaboración del Director del plantel. Llegando al resultado que el síndrome de burnout se encuentra en un nivel medio, debido a que el factor cansancio emocional o agotamiento es el que afecta más a los trabajadores. Además se concluye que, el síndrome de burnout en los trabajadores del colegio Juan Manuel Iturregui se debe al agotamiento producido por las malas relaciones interpersonales presentadas en los docentes del colegio, además se ha presentado desgaste físico y emocional en el personal debido al exceso de tiempo en el trabajo y a la aglomeración de pendientes.

In addition, it is concluded that the burnout syndrome in the workers of the Juan Manuel Iturregui school is due to the exhaustion produced by the poor interpersonal relationships presented in the teachers of the school, in addition there has been physical and emotional exhaustion in the staff due to the excess of time. at work and to the agglomeration of slopes.
