Relación entre la actualización de catastro urbano y la recaudación del impuesto predial de la Municipalidad Distrital de Picsi 2022

Abstract

La presente indagación tuvo el propósito la correlación entre la actualización de catastro urbano y la recaudación del impuesto predial de la Municipalidad Distrital de Picsi en el periodo 2022, para lo cual, se identificaron los problemas por parte de la Municipalidad, de tal manera que, se analizó el accionar que realiza la Municipalidad, y así eludir malas gestiones administrativas. La indagación fue abordada bajo un enfoque mixto, de nivel descriptivo con diseño no experimental, por medio de una entrevista y análisis documental. Los efectos obtenidos fueron que, la Municipalidad de Picsi sufre malas gestiones municipales que han afectado el funcionamiento de la propia municipalidad. En el diagnostico se evidencio la baja recaudación ya que carece de datos de los predios y no se encuentra la actualización sincera de predios; esto refleja una falta de control y actualización en los registros catastrales. Por otro lado, hay una correlación existente entre el catastro urbano y la recaudación del impuesto predial, de manera que, el catastro urbano es un factor determinante que aporta a la recaudación del impuesto predial, el cual sirve de apoyo económico para así llevar a cabo obras que beneficiarán a la población.The purpose of this research was the correlation between the updating of the urban cadastre and the collection of the property tax of the District Municipality of Picsi in the period 2022, for which the problems were identified by the Municipality, in such a way that the actions carried out by the Municipality were analyzed, in order to avoid bad administrative management. The research was approached under a mixed approach, at a descriptive level with a non-experimental design, by means of an interview and documentary analysis. The results obtained were that the Municipality of Picsi suffers from poor municipal management that has affected the functioning of the municipality itself. In the diagnosis it was evidenced the low collection since it lacks data of the properties and the sincere update of properties is not found; this reflects a lack of control and update in the cadastral records. On the other hand, there is a relationship between the urban cadastre and the collection of the property tax, so that the urban cadastre is a determining factor that contributes to the collection of the property tax, which serves as an economic support to carry out works that will benefit the population.
