Resumen
Introducción: El síndrome del impostor (SI) es un fenómeno psicológico prevalente en ambientes altamente competitivos como la medicina, donde a pesar de sus logros, sienten que no son merecedores de su éxito, por ende, la resiliencia actúa como herramienta para sobreponerse y adaptarse con éxito a estas situaciones adversas, mitigando los efectos negativos del SI. Objetivos: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de resiliencia y el síndrome del impostor en internos de medicina humana de un hospital MINSA de la región Lambayeque, 2024. Materiales y Métodos: El estudio es de tipo observacional, transversal, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo correlacional. El tamaño de la muestra de los internos es igual al tamaño de la población incluida en el estudio, estudio censal. Resultados: No se halló una correlación entre resiliencia y SI, sin embargo, se encontró que 8 de cada 10 internos de medicina tienen SI y resiliencia media.
Introduction: Impostor syndrome (IS) is a psychological phenomenon prevalent in highly competitive environments such as medicine, where despite their achievements, they feel that they do not deserve their success, therefore, resilience acts as a tool to successfully overcome and adapt to these adverse situations, mitigating the negative effects of IS.
