Resumen
Las organizaciones se han visto en la obligación de realizar cambios en las condiciones de trabajo de los colaboradores. En este sentido, las empresas han implementado el teletrabajo, como una forma innovadora para sobrellevar el trabajo laboral. Sin embargo, esta nueva modalidad se ha producido de forma radical. Por ello, la presente investigación busca identificar los factores que limitan la implementación del teletrabajo en el sector financiero de la ciudad de Chiclayo. En cuanto a su metodología el enfoque es cualitativo- descriptivo. Por lo cual se realizaron entrevistas a 25 colaboradores del sector financiero, donde se vieron factores personales, relacionados con el trabajo, tecnológicos y espaciales, como resultados más relevantes se determinó que la mayor parte de colaboradores no tienen un espacio adecuado para teletrabajar, además, los trabajadores tuvieron problemas para adaptarse al cambio, de igual forma las, empresas no proporcionan la tecnología adecuada, finalmente, la mayor parte de trabajadores prefiere alternar su trabajo en casa y oficina.

Therefore, this research seeks to identify the factors that limit the implementation of telework in the financial sector of the city of Chiclayo.
