Resumen
En el siglo XXI, la promoción de la convivencia democrática en estudiantes de sexto grado es crucial ante los desafíos contemporáneos. El proyecto "MINKA" busca diseñar un programa educativo para fortalecer la competencia "Convive y participa democráticamente" en esta población, enfocándose en acciones de bien común. Mediante una metodología descriptiva y un enfoque positivista, se analizó una muestra de 27 niños de sexto grado utilizando una guía de observación altamente válida (0.987) y confiable (0.822). Los resultados indican que el 14% de los estudiantes están en la etapa inicial, el 57% en proceso, el 26% en logro previsto y el 4% en logro destacado, revelando áreas de mejora en colaboración, tolerancia y respeto a normas de convivencia. Las conclusiones destacan que la mayoría de los estudiantes están en proceso de desarrollo en habilidades clave, pero existe una proporción significativa en etapas iniciales, subrayando la necesidad de programas como "MINKA" para fortalecer la convivencia democrática. "MINKA" ofrece una propuesta pedagógica integral y participativa, inspirada en enfoques multisensoriales y transdisciplinarios, basada en teorías pedagógicas sólidas y experiencias previas. El programa promueve valores de reciprocidad, compromiso y colaboración comunitaria a través de la metodología del "círculo del tiempo", facilitando la reflexión y el diálogo. Además, incluye un sistema de evaluación que abarca la autoevaluación y la evaluación docente, permitiendo ajustar el programa según las necesidades y el progreso de los estudiantes.
In the 21st century, the promotion of democratic coexistence in sixth grade students is crucial in the face of contemporary challenges. The "MINKA" project seeks to design an educational program to strengthen the "Live together and participate democratically" competence in this population, focusing on actions for the common good. Using a descriptive methodology and a positivist approach, a sample of 27 sixth grade children was analyzed using a highly valid (0.987) and reliable (0.822) observation guide. The results indicate that 14% of the students are in the initial stage, 57% in process, 26% in expected achievement and 4% in outstanding achievement, revealing areas of improvement in collaboration, tolerance and respect for coexistence norms. The conclusions highlight that the majority of students are in the process of developing key skills, but there is a significant proportion in initial stages, underlining the need for programs like "MINKA" to strengthen democratic coexistence. "MINKA" offers a comprehensive and participatory pedagogical proposal, inspired by multisensory and transdisciplinary approaches, based on solid pedagogical theories and previous experiences. The program promotes values of reciprocity, commitment and community collaboration through the "circle of time" methodology, facilitating reflection and dialogue. In addition, it includes an evaluation system that encompasses self-assessment and teacher evaluation, allowing the program to be adjusted according to the needs and progress of the students.
