Resumen
La presente investigación se enfoca en el estudio de las barreras arquitectónicas en las infraestructuras educativas de Cutervo, con el objetivo de proponer estrategias de diseño arquitectónico inclusivo para mitigar su existencia, para lograr tal fin se plantearon tres objetivos específicos: 1) Identificar las barreras arquitectónicas en la infraestructura educativas de Cutervo para determinar el nivel inclusividad de estos edificios, 2) identificar las percepciones de los usuarios ante las barreras arquitectónicas presentes en las infraestructuras educativas de Cutervo con el fin de comprender las características que influyen en su percepción y 3) analizar estrategias y tecnologías en modelos análogos que han mitigado la existencia de barreras arquitectónicas para usarlo como referencia estratégica. Para lograrlos se aplicaron fichas de observación, cartografías y mapas en lo que respecta al primer objetivo, entrevistas estructuradas para lo que es el segundo y para el tercer objetivo se aplico ficha de análisis de contenido. Los resultados más importantes revelaron la presencia de limitantes que parten desde su emplazamiento constituido por su organización de edificios hasta barreras internas que interfieren con la correcta movilidad de los usuarios, además, se observó una malestar y disconformidad por parte de los usuarios ante la existencia de estas barreras y por último se identificaron varias estrategias y tecnologías utilizadas en modelos análogos que podrían ser aplicadas en Cutervo para mejorar la accesibilidad y la inclusión. Esta investigación proporciona una base sólida para la implementación de medidas concretas que promuevan la inclusividad arquitectónica en las infraestructuras educativas de Cutervo, contribuyendo así a crear entornos más accesibles y equitativos para todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa.
The present research focuses on the study of architectural barriers in the educational infrastructures of Cutervo, with the objective of proposing inclusive architectural design strategies to mitigate their existence. To achieve this goal, three specific objectives were proposed: 1) Identify the architectural barriers in the educational infrastructure of Cutervo to determine the level of inclusivity of these buildings, 2) identify the perceptions of users regarding the architectural barriers present in the educational infrastructures of Cutervo in order to understand the characteristics that influence their perception and 3) analyze strategies and technologies in analogous models that have mitigated the existence of architectural barriers to use it as a strategic reference. To achieve them, observation sheets, cartographies and maps were applied regarding the first objective, structured interviews for the second objective and for the third objective a content analysis sheet was applied. The most important results revealed the presence of limitations that start from its location constituted by its organization of buildings to internal barriers that interfere with the correct mobility of users, in addition, discomfort and disagreement on the part of users was observed regarding the existence of these barriers and finally several strategies and technologies used in analogous models that could be applied in Cutervo to improve accessibility and inclusion were identified. This research provides a solid basis for the implementation of concrete measures that promote architectural inclusivity in Cutervo's educational infrastructures, thus contributing to creating more accessible and equitable environments for all members of the educational community.
