Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del Programa de Intervención Digidocente para el desarrollo de la competencia digital docente en profesores de una institución educativa en Chiclayo. El trabajo respondió a un enfoque cuantitativo, fue de tipo aplicado y diseño experimental de clasificación preexperimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 33 docentes de una institución educativa de Chiclayo y se utilizó como técnica la encuesta; en tanto se aplicó un cuestionario como instrumento. Los hallazgos mostraron que, el 72.8.% de los docentes no lograban competencias digitales; posteriormente, con la implementación del programa de intervención, el 100% de los docentes en el post test alcanzaron el nivel logrado. Se concluyó que existe efectividad del Programa de Intervención
Digidocente para el desarrollo de la competencia digital docente en profesores de una institución educativa en Chiclayo con una significancia de p=0.001<0.05.
The present research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Digidocente Intervention Program for the development of digital teaching competence in teachers at an educational institution in Chiclayo. The work responded to a quantitative approach, was applied and experimental design with pre-experimental classification. The sample consisted of 33 teachers from an educational institution in Chiclayo and the survey technique was used; while a questionnaire was applied as an instrument. The findings showed that 72.8% of teachers did not achieve digital competences; subsequently, with the implementation of the intervention program, 100% of teachers in the post-test reached the achieved level. It was concluded that the Digidocente Intervention Program is effective in the development of digital teaching competence in teachers at an educational institution in Chiclayo, with a significance of p = 0.001 < 0.05.
