Resumen
Esta tesis ahonda la relevancia y desafíos que afrontan los paisajes urbanos-costeros, resaltando la importancia histórica, físico-ambiental y económica. Aquí se describen a las franjas costeras como espacios públicos con carácter turístico que son objeto de confrontación al elegir un desarrollo económico o planificación urbana, de esta manera se observa que ocurre degradación del paisaje, ello afecta la calidad de vida y al aspecto estético de las comunidades locales y por ende la vida de sus ciudadanos, siendo importante enfatizar su situación a fin de implementar nuevos roles comunales que permitan establecer programas sostenibles, que ayuden integrar su historia y cultura. La investigación plantea la aplicación de la teoría de articulación proyectual para revitalizar el paisaje urbano-costero de San José, Lambayeque;
This thesis delves into the relevance and challenges facing urban-coastal landscapes, highlighting their historical, physical-environmental, and economic importance. Here, coastal strips are described as public spaces with a touristic character that are subject to confrontation when choosing economic development or urban planning. Thus, it is observed that landscape degradation occurs, affecting the quality of life and the aesthetic appearance of local communities and, consequently, the lives of their citizens. It is important to emphasize their situation in order to implement new communal roles that allow for the establishment of sustainable programs that help integrate their history and culture. The research proposes the application of the theory of project articulation to revitalize the urban-coastal landscape of San José, Lambayeque. To this end, the study has proposed identifying current population dynamics, analyzing sustainable success stories, and developing specific strategies with diverse urban characteristics. The goal is to combine urban policies that adapt to the needs of each locality and the values evident therein, respecting its culture, history, and natural ecosystems, with a view to promoting sustainable areas. The methodology combines field analysis, document review, and case studies to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the environment. Finally, it is argued that the results will not only generate knowledge but will also allow for practical recommendations to improve the management and design of urban-coastal landscapes, driving socioeconomic growth in coastal communities and incentivizing sustainable development for these spaces.
