Implementación de manual de servicios en elaboración de módulos de viviendas temporales para reubicación de damnificados por ocurrencia de fenómenos pluviales

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo implementar un manual de servicios en la elaboración de módulos de viviendas temporales para reubicación de damnificados por ocurrencia de fenómenos pluviales, para ello inicialmente se realizó un registro tipo formulario para el control estadístico de damnificados y cuantificación para dotación de módulos, estos según la cantidad de miembros de las familias para ser reubicados en la tipología correspondiente de vivienda de emergencia. Así mismo se investigó los materiales y técnicas que mejoren la eficiencia, seguridad y calidad de implementación para estados de emergencia, de los cuales para la zona de investigación Pósope Bajo, en base a comparaciones técnicas y temas logísticos se optó por el más viable que es el sistema drywall. También se realizó un presupuesto general del servicio en implementación con fin de realizar una comparación se realizó el presupuesto para módulos tipo contenedor y módulos con el sistema drywall, donde el costo más económico para dicho proyecto fue con el sistema drywall el cual fue considerado en la en implementación del manual de servicio para la elaboración de módulos temporales, además según el aforo de personas damnificadas se implementó tipologías módulos A, B y C según el número de miembros de una familia.

The objective of this research is to implement a service manual in the development of temporary housing modules for the relocation of victims due to the occurrence of pluvial phenomena. For this purpose, a form-type registration was initially carried out for the statistical control of victims and quantification for the provision of modules, these according to the number of family members to be relocated to the corresponding typology of emergency housing. Likewise, the materials and techniques that improve the efficiency, safety and quality of implementation for states of emergency were investigated, of which for the Pósope Bajo research area, based on technical comparisons and logistical issues, the most viable was chosen, which is the drywall system. A general budget was also made for the service being implemented, in order to make a comparison, the budget was made for container type modules and modules with the drywall system, where the most economical cost for said project was with the drywall system which was considered in the In implementation of the service manual for the preparation of temporary modules, in addition, depending on the capacity of affected people, typologies of modules A, B and C were mplemented according to the number of members of a family.
