Resumen
El propósito de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la metodología Lean Manufacturing y los procesos logísticos de una Empresa Comercial de la ciudad de chachapoyas, con el fin de conocer la situación actual de la empresa, buscando identificar las actividades que no generan valor en los procesos y poder proponer estrategias de mejora. Por tanto, el objetivo de la investigación fue proponer estrategias de mejora logística basadas en la metodología Lean Manufacturing para una empresa comercial en la cuidad de chachapoyas. Además, metodológicamente se basó en un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo aplicada, con nivel propositivo, de diseño no experimental, la población de estudio estuvo se conformó por por el gerente general, el jefe de ventas, el jefe de contabilidad, el jefe de almacén, así como los 8 colaboradores de la empresa. Además, para la recolección de datos se empleó una entrevista como instrumento. Como resultados se obtuvo que mediante la aplicación de herramientas de lean manufacturing como flujogramas y el método de las 5s, se pudo conocer la situación actual de la empresa e identificar las actividades que no generan valor, con lo cual se logró analizar las brechas de efectividad de las actividades deficientes y realizar estrategias de mejora que le permitirán a la empresa emplear todos sus recursos de manera más eficiente.
The purpose of the investigation was to determine the relationship between the Lean Manufacturing methodology and the logistics processes in a commercial company in the city of Chachapoyas, in order to know the current situation of the company, seeking to identify the activities that do not generate value in the processes and be able to propose improvement strategies. Therefore, the objective of the research was to propose logistics improvement strategies based on the Lean Manufacturing methodology in a commercial company in the city of Chachapoyas. In addition, methodologically it was based on a qualitative approach, of an applied type, with a propositional level, of a non-experimental design, the study population was made up of the general manager, the sales manager, the accounting manager, the warehouse manager, as well as the 8 collaborators of the company. In addition, for data collection an interview was used as an instrument. As results, it was obtained that through the application of lean manufacturing tools such as flowcharts and the 5s method, it was possible to know the current situation of the company and identify the activities that do not generate value, with which it was observed to analyze the effectiveness gaps. deficient activities and carry out improvement strategies that will allow the company to use all its resources more efficiently.
