Análisis de la influencia del polvo de grafito en las propiedades mecánicas del concreto

Abstract

En el presente trabajo, titulado “Análisis de la influencia del polvo de grafito en las propiedades mecánicas del concreto”, tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia que tiene este aditivo en las propiedades mecánicas del concreto. Se inició por conseguir los materiales necesarios que se emplearon, como son los agregados, el cemento y el polvo de grafito en cuestión, seguido de realizar los ensayos normativos para los agregados que se utilizaron, para posteriormente realizar los diseños de mezcla que se usaron para ambas resistencias (fc 210 kg/cm2 y fc 280 kg/cm2), luego se elaboraron los concretos con las distintas adiciones de p. grafito y se realizó el llenado de las muestras pertinentes, para luego realizar los ensayos necesarios para evaluar las prop. mecánicas que tienen los concretos con distintas adiciones; de los resultados obtenidos podemos deducir que para los ensayos de r. compresión, r. tracción y r. abrasión se vieron mejoraras con forme iban aumentando las adiciones de p. grafito, siendo la mejor la adición de 0.75% de p. grafito para ambas resistencias.

The objective of this work, entitled “Analysis of the influence of graphite powder on the mechanical properties of concrete”, is to analyze the influence of this additive on the mechanical properties of concrete. It began by obtaining the necessary materials that were used, such as aggregates, cement and the graphite powder in question, followed by carrying out the normative tests for the aggregates that were used, to later carry out the mix designs that were used for both strengths (fc 210 kg/cm2 and fc 280 kg/cm2), then the concretes with the different additions of graphite powder were prepared and the corresponding specimens were filled, and then the necessary tests were carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties of the concretes with different additions; From the results obtained, we can deduce that for the tests of r. compression, tensile and abrasion tests were improved as the graphite additions were increased, being the best the addition of 0.75% of graphite for both resistances.
