Resumen
En la actualidad, se está viviendo una época donde los adolescentes necesitan un mejor acompañamiento y una adecuada orientación para atender los diversos ámbitos de su existencia en el proceso de la educación, más aún en la etapa de la adolescencia, que exige una tutoría integral como un andamiaje dentro de su proceso formativo; es por ello, la necesidad de este estudio, que tiene como propósito elaborar una propuesta de plan de capacitación docente, fundamentada en el personalismo de López Quintás para una tutoría integral de los adolescentes. Se trata de una investigación de tipo documental- argumentativa, en la que se utilizaron como métodos: el analítico, deductivo y explicativo. Los resultados de la presente investigación se centraron en el valor del pensamiento quintasiano para una formación adecuada de los docentes con miras al quehacer tutorial; por lo que se analizaron sus fundamentos antropológicos, que contemplan al hombre como un ser personal en proceso de formación, tanto en su creatividad- libertad, como en su ser relacional, de encuentro y para el encuentro interpersonal. Así mismo, se examinaron los fundamentos pedagógicos para una tutoría integral de adolescentes a la luz del personalismo de López Quintás, que implica la acción tutorial y el poder formativo del encuentro que conlleva a proponer y justificar contenidos para un plan de capacitación docente desde los fundamentos antropológicos del personalismo quintasiano y el desarrollo idóneo para proponer actividades educativas
Nowadays, many teenagers need better support and proper guidance to confront the different situations of existence in the education process, even more so in the adolescence stage. This requires comprehensive mentoring as a guide within their training process. For this reason, the need arises for this study, which the purpose of this thesis is to develop a proposal for a teacher training plan, based on López Quintás's personalism for comprehensive mentoring of teenagers. This is a documentary-argumentative type of research, in which the following methods were used: analytical, deductive and explanatory. The results of the present study focused on the value of Quintasian thought for an adequate formation of teachers for the tutorial task; therefore, its anthropological foundations were analyzed, which contemplates man as a personal being in the process of formation, both in his creativity-freedom and as a being of encounter and for the interpersonal encounter. Likewise, the pedagogical foundations for an integral tutoring of adolescents were examined in the light of López Quintás' personalism, which implies the tutorial action and the formative power of the encounter that leads to propose and justify contents for a teacher training plan from the anthropological foundations of Quintasian personalism and the ideal development to propose educational activities.
