Resumen
En la actualidad, las mujeres son reconocidas como empresarias exitosas a través de su fuerte deseo, cualidades y capacidades para un desarrollo económico sólido. Debido a la importante contribución de las mujeres en el desarrollo económico, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los factores que influyen en el éxito empresarial femenino de las pequeñas empresas del Mercado Modelo Chiclayo, 2022. Asimismo, es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, nivel correlacional, de diseño no experimental — transversal. El estudio fue aplicado a las empresarias del Mercado Modelo Chiclayo, que cuenten con su propia empresa, para lo cual se aplicó el modelo desarrollado por Ullah, Salamzadeh, Ali, & Hussain (2021), quienes estudian estas variables, por lo cual para esta investigación se aplicó un cuestionario, el cual se realizó a través de Google Forms, y desarrollando los datos obtenidos en el programa estadístico IBM SPSS versión 26. Obteniendo como resultado la influencia de los factores internos y externos en el éxito empresarial femenino de las pequeñas empresas del Mercado Modelo Chiclayo con una significancia alcanzado un valor de 0.002 y de acuerdo con el P valor <= 0.05 es significante, concluyendo que tanto los factores internos como externos influyen significativamente en el éxito empresarial femenino, ya que permiten lograr los objetivos y por ende el crecimiento empresarial.
Today, women are recognized as successful entrepreneurs through their strong desire, qualities, and capabilities for solid economic development. Due to the important contribution of women to economic development, this research aims to determine the factors that influence the female entrepreneurial success of small businesses in the Chiclayo Model Market, 2022. Likewise, it is of a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level, non-experimental design - transversal. The study was applied to the businesswomen of the Chiclayo Model Market, who have their own company, for which the model developed by Ullah, Salamzadeh, Ali, & Hussain (2021) was applied, who study these variables, for which for this research a questionnaire was applied, which was carried out through Google Forms, and developing the data obtained in the statistical program IBM SPSS version 26. Obtaining as a result the influence of internal and external factors on the female business success of small businesses in the Chiclayo Model Market with a significance reaching a value of 0.002 and according to the P value <= 0.05 is significant, concluding that both internal and external factors significantly influence female business success, since they allow achieving objectives and therefore business growth.
