Motivaciones y desafíos que enfrentaron las mujeres emprendedoras de la ciudad de Chiclayo

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar las motivaciones y desafíos que enfrentaron las mujeres emprendedoras en la ciudad de Chiclayo, buscando describir cada una de ellas desde el inicio del emprendimiento hasta el desarrollo del mismo, teniendo un enfoque cualitativo, entrevistando a 12 mujeres empresarias, en donde se pudo conocer las principales motivaciones por los cuales las mujeres deciden emprender, encontrando que la mayoría de emprendimiento fueron creados por necesidad y sin un profundo análisis y donde los emprendimientos creados por oportunidad, son liderados por mujeres solteras, evidenciando que la carga autoimpuesta en el hogar paraliza el espíritu emprendedor. En el desarrollo empresarial, la mujer emprendedora ante las cargas autoimpuestas, se enfrentan a estigmas culturales que son atravesados gracias al apoyo del entorno familiar o por una favorable red de contactos, el cual contribuye de manera positiva frente a la falta de conocimientos en ciertas áreas que necesiten ser reforzadas, contribuyendo en las mejoras del emprendimiento.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the motivations and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in the city of Chiclayo, seeking to describe each one of them from the start of the venture to its development, taking a qualitative approach, interviewing 12 businesswomen, where it was possible to know the main motivations for which women decide to undertake, finding that the majority of entrepreneurship were created out of necessity and without a deep analysis and where the ventures created by opportunity are led by single women, evidencing that the self-imposed burden at home paralyzes the entrepreneurial spirit. In business development, the entrepreneurial woman, faced with the burdens imposed, face cultural stigmas that are crossed thanks to the support of the family environment or a favorable network of contacts, which contributes favorably to the lack of knowledge in certain areas that need be reinforced, contributing to the improvement of the enterprise.
