Lineamientos de arquitectura vernácula en la vivienda para recuperar la identidad arquitectónica de San Isidro, Jaén

Abstract

Esta investigación busca mediante la vivienda vernácula, analizar y comprender la morfología de la vivienda de San Isidro inmersa en la problemática del habitar rural, como un entramado de relaciones que se constituyen entre la estructura familiar, el entorno, la producción, las tradiciones, creencias y la comunidad que consolidan la identidad. El trabajo tiene como finalidad identificar las características de la arquitectura vernácula para reconocer las relaciones de esta con el lugar de San Isidro, diagnosticar la particularidad arquitectónica de la vivienda del sector San Isidro para establecer sus criterios de diseño, determinar el modo de habitar del usuario para recuperar la identidad arquitectónica y finalmente elaborar un catálogo de lineamientos de arquitectura vernácula para recuperar la identidad arquitectónica del lugar. Se plantearon 4 fases; en la primera fase se manejó la técnica de recolección de información, así captar el problema mediante instrumentos o fichas bibliográficas, en la segunda fase se utilizó la técnica de observación, los instrumentos que valieron para recolectar información fueron fichas de observación, en la tercera fase para definir elementos de arquitectura vernácula se desarrollará una entrevista a los habitantes de la zona y por último, en la cuarta fase, se aplica todo los elementos y características analizadas de la vivienda del sector San Isidro. Obteniendo como resultado expresiones complejas y cambiantes que están adaptadas a un medio geográfico, relacionadas a una función y comunidad que le dan sentido y la caracterizan.

This research, through vernacular housing, seeks to analyze and understand the morphology of San Isidro housing, immersed in the problems of rural living, as a network of relationships that are constituted between the family structure, the environment, production, traditions, beliefs and the community that consolidate identity. The work aims to identify the characteristics of vernacular architecture to recognize its relationships with the place of San Isidro, diagnose the architectural peculiarity of housing in the San Isidro sector to establish its design criteria, determine the user's way of living to recover the architectural identity and finally develop a catalog of vernacular architectural guidelines to recover the architectural identity of the place. Four phases were proposed: In the first phase, the information gathering technique was used to capture the problem through instruments or bibliographic cards; in the second phase, the observation technique was used; the instruments used to collect information were observation cards; in the third phase, to define elements of vernacular architecture, an interview will be conducted with the inhabitants of the area; and finally, in the fourth phase, all the elements and characteristics analyzed in the housing of the San Isidro sector are applied. The result is complex and changing expressions that are adapted to a geographic environment, related to a function and community that give it meaning and characterize it.
