Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir pérdidas económicas en la empresa Servicios Maqlusan E.I.R.L

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo el diseño de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la empresa Servicios Maqlusan EIRL con el fin de reducir sus pérdidas económicas. En el diagnóstico de las condiciones de seguridad se estudió durante el periodo del año 2021 donde se registraron un total de 17 accidentes ocasionando un costo directo de S/19 260,00, de igual manera, para la determinación de la causalidad de los accidentes se usó el Formato de Investigación de accidente propuesto por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, lo cual también ayuda a plasmar el diagrama de Ishikawa. Por consiguiente, se realiza el diagnóstico de la línea base donde se cumplió solo con el 2,5% de los lineamientos del SG SST, y por medio de la matriz IPERC, se pudo identificar un total de 102 riesgos, los cuales 42,2% son importantes, 39,2% moderados y 18,6 tolerables, por lo tanto, se procedió a presentar controles según la jerarquización establecida y se obtuvo como resultado riesgos solamente de nivel tolerable (45,1%) y moderados (54,9%). Asimismo, el diseño del SG SST se basó en la Ley N.º 29783 y su respectivo reglamento, además de considerar la Resolución Ministerial N.º 050-2013-TR y la Resolución Ministerial N.º 085-2013-TR, ello conllevo a cumplir el 98,52% de los lineamientos. Para finalizar, se determinó la viabilidad de la propuesta logrando obtener un costo beneficio de S/1,38.

The objective of this investigative work was to design an occupational health and safety management system for the company Servicios Maqlusan EIRL with the aim of reducing its economic losses. In the diagnosis of the safety conditions, they were studied during the period of 2021, from which a total of 17 accidents were registered with a direct cost of S/ 19,260.00, in the same way to determine the cause of the accidents if the Format of Accident Investigation proposed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, which also helps to form the Ishikawa diagram. Consequently, if the baseline diagnosis was made, from which it was combined with only 2.5% of the SG SST lines, and using the IPERC matrix, a total of 102 tests can be identified, which they are 42.2%. are important, 39.2% moderate and 18.6 tolerable, therefore, if controls were presented according to the established hierarchy and if only tolerable (45.1%) and moderate (54.9%) level risks were obtained as a result. Likewise, the design of the SG SST was based on Law No. 29783 and its respective regulations, in addition to considering Ministerial Resolution No. 050-2013-TR and Ministerial Resolution No. 085-2013- TR, this led to compliance with 98.52% of the guidelines. Finally, if I determine the viability of the proposal for logging, I will obtain a cost benefit of S/1.38.
