Revisión crítica: manifestaciones dérmicas más frecuentes a considerar por el personal de enfermería en pacientes con enfermedad renal

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado “Revisión Crítica: Manifestaciones Dérmicas más frecuentes a considerar por el personal de enfermería en pacientes con Enfermedad Renal” es una investigación de tipo secundaria llamada EBE (Evidencia Basada en Enfermería) tiene como objetivo: Identificar las manifestaciones dérmicas más frecuentes a considerar por el personal de Enfermería en Pacientes con Enfermedad Renal. La pregunta clínica se dio con el esquema PIS: ¿Cuáles son las manifestaciones dérmicas más frecuentes que debe considerar la enfermera en el paciente con enfermedad renal crónica para orientar sus cuidados? Las estrategias de búsqueda de evidencias se desarrollaron accediendo a la base de datos (EPISTEMONIKOS, PUBMED, BVS Y GOOGLE ACADÉMICO Y SCIELO.), mediante la elección de palabras claves (DECS) y la ficha de recolección bibliográfica. La búsqueda recopiló 5456 artículos seleccionados por antigüedad, entre otros criterios, quedando solo 10 artículos científicos a los cuales se aplicó la guía de utilidad y Validez Aparente de Gálvez Toro, pasando la lista 3 artículos de los cuales se eligió 1 para hacer el comentario crítico.The present critical review titled “Critical Review: Most frequent Dermal Manifestations to be considered by nursing staff in patients with chronic kidney disease” this research is of secondary type called EBE (Evidence Based in Nursing) aims to: Identify the most common dermal manifestations. frequent to consider by Nursing staff in Patients with Kidney Disease. The evidence search strategies were developed by accessing the database (EPISTEMONIKOS, PUBMED, BVS AND GOOGLE ACADÉMICO Y SCIELO.), by choosing keywords (DECS) and the bibliographic collection sheet. The search collected 5,456 articles, selected by age, among other criteria, and 10 scientific articles were selected to which Gálvez Toro's usefulness and Apparent Validity guide was applied, passing the list of 3 articles of which 1 was chosen to make the critical comment.
