Propuesta de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para la embarcación Buenos Aires de la Caleta Santa Rosa

Abstract

De acuerdo con el diagnóstico realizado a la embarcación BUENOS AIRES podemos afirmar que las principales causas de las fallas, como el mal estado de su estructura (fracturadas, apolillada, y desgastadas), el mal funcionamiento de la maquinaria (desnivelación, corrosión en sus líneas de conexión y oxidación) y los equipos (cables sulfatados, deteriorados, etc.) generando pérdidas de tiempo y varadas inesperadas. Por tal motivo se hizo la Propuesta de un Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo, que tiene la finalidad de anticipar y minimizar cualquier falla que llegara a presentarse en la embarcación, tomando las medidas necesarias para dar solución a dicho problema y así lograr el buen funcionamiento de la estructura, forros, equipos y maquinarias. La propuesta de mantenimiento ayudará al propietario a reducir gastos innecesarios de la embarcación que se han venido generando constantemente, por tal motivo se propone un plan de mantenimiento preventivo, en donde se ejecutaron diferentes acciones como, un cronograma de todas las actividades a realizar, con el propósito de tener un seguimiento constante de lo que se realizará en cada componente de la embarcación Buenos Aires.According to the diagnosis made to the BUENOS AIRES vessel, we can affirm that the main causes of the failures are the poor condition of its structure (fractured, moth-eaten, and worn), the poor functioning of the machinery (unevenness, corrosion in its connection lines and oxidation) and the equipment (sulphated, deteriorated cables, etc.) generating losses of time and unexpected groundings. For this reason, a Preventive Maintenance Plan was proposed, which has the purpose of anticipating and minimizing any failure that may occur in the vessel, taking the necessary measures to solve said problem and thus achieve the good functioning of the structure, linings, equipment and machinery. The maintenance proposal will help the owner to reduce unnecessary expenses of the vessel that have been constantly generated, for this reason a preventive maintenance plan is proposed, where different actions were executed such as a schedule of all the activities to be carried out, with the purpose of having a constant follow-up of what will be done in each component of the Buenos Aires vessel.
