Resumen
El presente informe de enfoque cuantitativo tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del programa de audiocuentos infantiles para mejorar la comprensión de textos en niños de educación inicial en Chiclayo – 2025. El diseño empleado para lograr tal finalidad ha sido cuasi experimental y de corte transversal con pre y post test. Participaron 50 niños de educación inicial distribuidos mediante la técnica muestral no probabilística en dos grupos de 25 niños cada uno. Los principales resultados muestran que, al comparar los resultados obtenidos después de aplicar el programa de audiocuentos infantiles, el grupo experimental presentó mejoras notables, donde el 100% de los niños llegaron a un nivel de logro y el grupo de control, los niños tuvieron un nivel en proceso en un 48%. Se concluyó que, la aplicación del programa de audiocuentos en el grupo experimental, logró diferencias significativas en comparación con el de control con una significancia de 0.001<0.05, por tanto, se aceptó la hipótesis general de la investigación, determinado que el programa de audiocuentos infantiles mejora la comprensión de textos en niños de educación inicial en Chiclayo – 2025.
The objective of this quantitative report was to determine the effectiveness of the children's audiobook program in improving text comprehension among early childhood education children in Chiclayo (2025). The design used to achieve this goal was quasi-experimental and cross-sectional with pre- and post-tests. Fifty early childhood education children participated, distributed using a non-probability sampling technique into two groups of 25 children each. The main results show that, when comparing the results obtained after implementing the children's audiobook program, the experimental group showed significant improvements, with 100% of the children reaching an achievement level, while the control group (48%) had a progress level. It was concluded that the application of the audio story program in the experimental group achieved significant differences compared to the control group with a significance of 0.001<0.05, therefore, the general hypothesis of the research was accepted, determining that the children's audio story program improves the comprehension of texts in children of early education in Chiclayo - 2025.
