Actitudes hacia la jubilación en personal administrativo de municipalidades de la región Lambayeque, 2022

Abstract

La jubilación es una etapa esencial en toda persona que ha laborado por mucho tiempo, sin embargo, existe escasez en las organizaciones para hacer frente a esta nueva fase que atraviesa un colaborador, es por ello que conocer si existen diferencias en las actitudes de los colaboradores que se encuentran en esta etapa, ayudará a identificar las necesidades particulares a nivel de salud física, mental, social y/o económica, puesto que forma parte de un grupo vulnerable que requiere atención, siendo fundamental para que las organizaciones generen estrategias para su abordaje. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar si existen diferencias significativas en las actitudes hacia la jubilación, según sexo, etapa del desarrollo y cargo laboral en personal administrativo de municipalidades de la Región Lambayeque, 2022. El método que rigió el estudio fue de carácter cuantitativo y el diseño descriptivo comparativa. Así mismo, se trabajó con el personal administrativo de cinco municipalidades, a quienes se les aplicó la Escala de la actitud hacia la jubilación. Se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas, según el análisis estadístico de Kruskal-Walis, en la dimensión de actitud desfavorable, en relación al cargo que ocupan.

Retirement is an essential stage for anyone who has worked for a long time, however, there is a shortage in organizations to deal with this new phase that a collaborator is going through, which is why it is important to know if there are differences in the attitudes of collaborators. who are in this stage, will help identify particular needs at the level of physical, mental, social and/or economic health, since they are part of a vulnerable group that requires attention, being essential for organizations to generate strategies to address them. The objective of this research was to determine if there are significant differences in attitudes towards retirement, according to sex, stage of development and job position in administrative personnel of municipalities in the Lambayeque Region, 2022. The method that governed the study was quantitative and Comparative descriptive design. Likewise, we worked with the administrative staff of five municipalities, to whom the Attitude Towards Retirement Scale was applied. Statistically significant differences were found, according to the Kruskal-Walis statistical analysis, in the unfavorable attitude dimension, in relation to the position they hold.
