Potencial turístico en el distrito de Chongoyape 2023

Abstract

El desarrollo del turismo es un factor clave para el progreso integral de una localidad, ya que brinda oportunidades para el desarrollo económico, la conservación cultural y ambiental, mejorando así de la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. Por esta razón, la presente investigación se enfoca en determinar el potencial turístico en el distrito de Chongoyape; para esto se emplea un enfoque cualitativo, con un diseño fenomenológico de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo. Con el fin de recopilar datos relevantes, se llevó a cabo múltiples salidas a campo y entrevistas semiestructuradas, a expertos y miembros de la comunidad, como resultados se muestran que Chongoyape cuenta con 4 recursos turísticos inventariados y 8 no inventariados, además se encontraron elementos de infraestructura turística como servicios básicos, accesibilidad, un centro de salud y una comisaría donde se atienden casos leves de robo. Por otra parte, como elementos de la planta turística se encontraron que el distrito cuenta con establecimientos de hospedaje como hostales y ecolodge, servicios de alimentación como restaurantes, cevicherías, pollerías, restaurantes rústicos y la venta de menús en el mercado, operadores de servicios turísticos como la agencia “Y si viajamos” y ACO Tours, que incluyen a Chongoyape como parte de sus paquetes turísticos, además, se cuenta con un recreo campestre “paredones”. De igual manera se presentan ciertas desventajas en la señalización y gestión de basura en los recursos turísticos, que no favorecen al desarrollo turístico del Distrito.The development of tourism is a key factor for the comprehensive progress of a locality, providing opportunities for economic development, cultural and environmental conservation, thus improving the quality of life of its inhabitants. For this reason, this research focuses on determining the tourism potential of the district of Chongoyape; for this purpose, a qualitative approach is employed, with a non-experimental, descriptive design. In order to gather relevant data, multiple field trips and semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts and community members. The results show that Chongoyape has 4 inventoried tourist resources and 8 non-inventoried ones. Additionally, elements of tourist infrastructure were found, including basic services, accessibility, a health center, and a police station handling minor theft cases. On the other hand, as elements of the tourist plant, the district has lodging establishments such as hotels, hostels, and eco-lodges, as well as food services like restaurants, cevicherias, chicken rotisseries, rustic restaurants, and menu sales in the market. Tourist service operators like the agencies "Y si viajamos" and ACO Tours include Chongoyape in their tourist packages. Furthermore, there is a countryside recreation area called "paredones." Similarly, certain disadvantages in signage and waste management in tourist resources are presented, which do not favor the tourist development of the district.
