Resumen
El principal objetivo de esta investigación es el diseño de un sistema de gestión de SST (seguridad y salud en el trabajo), implementada en una empresa del rubro textil con la finalidad de reducir de manera significativa los actuales costos laborales. El tipo de investigación es cuantitativa; su diseño es no experimental con nivel descriptivo y transaccional para óptima recolección de datos a través de la constante observación aplicada en el proceso del mismo. Se realizó un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa textil, el cual permitió conocer a profundidad las causas que han ocasionado una alta tasa de
incidentes, riesgos y peligros que representan un problema para la sostenibilidad y viabilidad de la empresa, debido a que, de materializarse estos riesgos e incidentes, repercutirán negativamente en las actividades y las funciones de los trabajadores afectando su desempeño, implicando un gran riesgo a su salud e integridad de quienes son el soporte de la empresa en cuestión. Es por ello, que se determinó que la SST es el resultado de un plan de estructuración, organización, vigilancia constante y retroalimentación sobre aspectos tratados, que son primordiales para la mejora y el desarrollo de la empresa. Por lo expuesto, se llevó a cabo la ejecución del diseño del sistema de gestión de SST, teniendo en cuenta la Ley 29783, buscando medir el nivel de riesgo y peligros existentes, y por ello, promover un ambiente de
trabajo adecuado y seguro, en óptimas condiciones, que den garantía y prioricen la mejora de condiciones en base a la seguridad y cumplimiento de los distintos requisitos legales establecidos, evitando futuras sanciones en caso de incumplimiento de las mismas por parte de la empresa pudiendo determinar si el diseño del sistema de SST reducirá de manera eficaz los costos laborales, con su implementación.
The main objective of this research is the design of an Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) management system, implemented in a textile company with the aim of significantly reducing current labor costs. The type of research is quantitative; Its design is non- experimental with a descriptive and transactional level for optimal data collection through constant observation applied in the process. An analysis of the current situation of the textile company was carried out, which allowed us to know in depth the causes that have caused a high rate of incidents, risks and dangers that represent a problem for the sustainability and viability of the company, because, If these risks and incidents materialize, they will have a negative impact on the activities and functions of the workers, affecting their performance, implying a great risk to the health and integrity of those who support the company in question. For this reason, it was determined that SST is the result of a plan of structuring, organization, constant surveillance and feedback on aspects discussed, which are essential for the improvement and development of the company. Therefore, the design of the SST management system was carried out, taking into account Law 29783, seeking to measure the level of risk and existing dangers, and therefore, promote an adequate and safe work environment, in optimal conditions, which provide guarantee and prioritize the improvement of conditions based on safety and compliance with the different established legal requirements, avoiding future sanctions in case of non-compliance with them by the company, being able to determine if the design of the SST system will effectively reduce labor costs with its implementation.
