In this sense, the interview technique and the questionnaire instrument were used with the polyclinic managers, the insured and the digital communication specialists to collect the necessary data for the study. The results showed that the health center does not have any digital communication channel with its insured, despite the fact that they constantly use social networks, especially Facebook, to communicate, interact with others or obtain information; For this reason, the interaction they have is poor and purely face-to-face.
