Centro de capacitación, investigación y producción de silvicultura en el cerro Chililique, distrito de Jaén

Abstract

La investigación consiste en plantear una infraestructura con la finalidad de contribuir a la restauración del paisaje natural del cerro Chililique de Jaén. Por ende, se planteó desarrollar la investigación en 4 fases, primero, reconocer el valor del paisaje del cerro Chililique para entender sus componentes territoriales y determinar la vialidad del proyecto, segundo; evaluar el sistema biológico natural del área e identificar los factores influyentes de la degradación, para diseñar estrategias de conservación y uso sostenible, tercero; analizar el sistema socioeconómico local, para integrar sus necesidades y potencialidades en el diseño del centro, cuarto; plantear estrategias de diseño para la infraestructura del centro, con el fin de garantizar su funcionalidad, eficiencia y sostenibilidad. Como métodos se planteó la observación, entrevista, revisión de bibliografía y el planteamiento del proyecto arquitectónico. Obteniendo como resultados, el valor paisajístico del cerro Chililique, además, se lograron identificar los factores influyentes de la degradación, tanto los naturales como antrópicos; siendo los principales, la vulnerabilidad, la deforestación, y la urbanización desordenada de las áreas naturales. En el tercer resultado se obtuvo la información de las necesidades de la comunidad y se integraron dentro del diseño arquitectónico, y finalmente el desarrollo de estrategias de diseño para la infraestructura del centro, infraestructura del centro orientadas a promover la conservación forestal a través de la capacitación, investigación y producción silvícola, con el fin de contribuir a la restauración del paisaje natural de Cerro Chililique y fomentar la adopción de prácticas forestales sustentables.

The research consists of proposing an infrastructure with the purpose of contributing to the restoration of the natural landscape of Chililique Hill in Jaén. Finally, the research was proposed to be developed in four phases: first, to recognize the value of the Chililique Hill landscape to understand its territorial components and determine the feasibility of the project; second, to evaluate the natural biological system of the area and identify the factors influencing its degradation, in order to design conservation and sustainable use strategies; third, to analyze the local socioeconomic system, to integrate its needs and potential into the design of the center; fourth, to propose design strategies for the center's infrastructure, in order to guarantee its functionality, efficiency, and sustainability. The proposed methods were observation, interviews, literature review, and the proposal of the architectural project. The results obtained included the landscape value of Chililique Hill. Furthermore, the factors influencing its degradation, both natural and anthropogenic, were identified. The main ones were vulnerability, deforestation, and the uncontrolled urbanization of natural areas. The third outcome was information on community needs and their integration into the architectural design. Finally, design strategies for the center's infrastructure were developed. These strategies were aimed at promoting forest conservation through training, research, and forestry production, contributing to the restoration of Chililique Hill's natural landscape and encouraging the adoption of sustainable forestry practices.
