Resumen
Los continuos e intensos cambios socioeconómicos han creado la necesidad de reestructurar la gestión educativa. Se han introducido nuevos desafíos con el objetivo no solo de mejorar los resultados educativos, sino también de lograr la adaptación a las nuevas necesidades de la comunidad. Por ello, se ha planteado como objetivo general fue determinar la relación entre la gestión educativa y el desempeño docente en las instituciones educativas públicas en una zona rural, Piura 2022. Respecto a la metodología tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada con un nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 68 colaboradores (36 mujeres y 32 varones) mediante un muestreo probabilístico simple y el cuestionario de gestión educativa y desempeño docente fue de Rosario (2017) mediante una escala ordinal. Se encontró relación positiva entre las variables objeto de estudio; es decir, una adecuada gestión educativa contribuye en el buen desempeño docente. En conclusión, se demostró cómo las actividades estratégicas, administrativas, pedagógicas y comunitarias son parte esencial para lograr un alto desempeño de los profesores en las instituciones públicas de zonas rurales.
The continuous and intense socioeconomic changes have created the need to restructure educational management. New challenges have been introduced with the aim not only of improving educational results, but also of achieving adaptation to the new needs of the community. For this reason, the general objective was to determine the relationship between educational management and teaching performance in public educational institutions in a rural area, Piura 2022. Regarding the methodology, it had a quantitative approach, of an applied type with an explanatory level. and cross-sectional non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 68 collaborators (36 women and 32 men) through a simple probabilistic sampling and the educational management and teaching performance questionnaire was by Rosario (2017) through an ordinal. A positive relationship was found between the variables under study; that is, adequate educational management contributes to good teaching performance. In conclusion, it was demonstrated how strategic, administrative, pedagogical and community activities are essential to achieve a high performance of teachers in public institutions in rural areas.
