After returning to the classroom after a period of pandemic, it was identified that three- year- old children faced linguistic difficulties, in addition to educational difficulties. In view of this problem, this study was presented with the objective of demonstrating that the “Ludi lengua” workshop would contribute to the development of oral language in 3-year-old children. For this purpose, a pre-experimental design was used, employing non-probabilistic sampling for the selection of participants, with 27 children as a sample. An input and output evaluation was used in order to determine specific results. The evaluation instrument was an oral language assessment, which was validated by experts, obtaining a high score in validity (1.000) and reliability (1.002), and was also composed of indicators corresponding to the dimensions of orality, comprehension and expression. The results showed that after the application of the workshop, the children made progress in the dimensions addressed, in orality with 41% and comprehension with 48% were at a high level, while in expression with 44% they moved up to a medium level, unlike at the beginning when 63% were generally at a low level. In short, the effectiveness of the “Ludi lengua” workshop showed that the intervention helped to stimulate the progressive development of oral language in three-year- old children, reducing part of the impact of the workshop.
