Sistema de equipamientos turísticos para dar soporte a la zona de reserva de Chancay Baños en Santa Cruz

Abstract

La investigación busca la planificación del territorio considerando el espacio natural, la dinámica de su ecosistema y la infraestructura turística en lo que convergen varios aspectos como sociales, económicos, medioambientales y sobre todo de infraestructuras sostenibles con dinamismo, frente a los impactos negativos generados en su patrimonio natural. Por tal motivo, la investigación inicia a partir del reconocimiento de la situación actual de la zona reserva de Chancay Baños, para así conocer su realidad y potencial turístico. También se hace un estudio de la dinámica turística, como de sistemas turísticos para observar su comportamiento y dinamismo del sistema vial que conecta el espacio natural con los centros poblados para dar mayor soporte a la red turística; con el fin de proponer un sistema turístico para reactivar, integrar y dar identidad a la zona de reserva, para llegar a proponer una infraestructura turística que integre, potencialice y de soporte a todo el sistema turístico. La metodología aplicada es cualitativa, definiendo una categoría descriptiva se enfoca en el estudio de la reserva y su ecosistema evaluando sus potencialidades, deficiencias que delimitaran las estrategias y lineamientos en la propuesta final de la investigación para posteriormente proponer un master plan turístico. Todos estos valores ambientales, culturales y paisajísticos nos dan potencialidades turísticas no solo en el ámbito natural sino en desarrollo social, histórico y desarrollo vial, los cuales se tiene en cuenta al momento de plasmar las estrategias proyectuales a lo largo del territorio limitado, para culminar en la propuesta de un balneario turístico.

The research seeks the planning of the territory considering the natural space, the dynamics of its ecosystem and the tourist infrastructure in which several aspects converge such as social, economic, environmental and above all of sustainable infrastructures with dynamism, in the face of the negative impacts generated in its natural heritage. For this reason, the investigation begins from the recognition of the current situation of the Chancay Baños reserve area, in order to know its reality and tourism potential. A study is also made of the tourist dynamics, and of tourist systems to observe their behavior and dynamism of the road system that connects the natural space and the populated centers to give greater support to the tourist network; in order to propose a tourist system to reactivate, integrate and give identity to the reserve area, to come up with proposing a tourist infrastructure that integrates, enhances and supports the entire tourist system. The applied methodology is qualitative, defining a descriptive category focuses on the study of the reserve and its ecosystem, evaluating its potentialities, deficiencies that will delimit the strategies and guidelines in the final research proposal to later propose a tourism master plan. All these environmental, cultural and landscape values give us tourist potential not only in the natural environment but also in social, historical and road development, which are taken into account when shaping the project strategies throughout the limited territory, to culminate in the proposal of a tourist thermal spa.
