Criterios de intervención ante la obsolescencia de la destilería de alcohol-distrito de Pomalca

Abstract

La destilería de alcohol del Distrito de Pomalca, considerada un importante patrimonio industrial, enfrenta un grave proceso de obsolescencia debido al paso del tiempo, las condiciones climáticas y el abandono. Es primordial reflexionar que una infraestructura tiene dos vidas, la que forja su creador y la vida que tiene, y rara vez son equivalentes. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo vincular el contexto urbano con la conservación de la nave obsolescente de la Destilería de alcohol - Distrito de Pomalca. Para ello, se analiza las principales causas de su desuso, evidenciando consecuencias como el olvido de memoria colectiva y el riesgo de ruina inminente de la infraestructura- Asimismo. se identifica los valores históricos y patrimoniales que sostienen su trascendencia en la identidad local, valorando el estado actual de la preexistencia y su entorno, con el objetivo de establecer criterios para la intervención del edificio patrimonial histórico que accedan enfrentar el estado de obsolescencia de la ex destilería. La metodología aplicada consiste en la recopilación de documentos y la elaboración de mapas, integrando la información mediante las fichas. Estos instrumentos identifican la obsolescencia del patrimonio, aprovechar su valor histórico y asegurar la conservación de sus características singulares.The Pomalca District alcohol distillery, considered an important industrial heritage site, faces a serious process of obsolescence due to the passage of time, climatic conditions, and neglect. It is essential to reflect that an infrastructure has two lives: the one forged by its creator and the life it continues to live, and these are rarely equivalent. This research aims to link the urban context with the conservation of the obsolescent warehouse of the Pomalca District Alcohol Distillery. To this end, the main causes of its disuse are analyzed, highlighting consequences such as the loss of collective memory and the risk of imminent infrastructure collapse. The historical and heritage values that sustain its significance in local identity are also identified, assessing the current state of the pre-existing structure and its surroundings, with the goal of establishing criteria for the intervention of the historic heritage building that will address the state of obsolescence of the former distillery. The methodology applied consists of document collection and map creation, integrating the information through data sheets. These instruments identify the obsolescence of heritage, harness its historical value, and ensure the preservation of its unique characteristics.
