Propuesta de un sistema contable para la mejor gestión económica financiera - Comisión de Usuarios del Sub sector Hidráulico Ferreñafe

Abstract

El sistema contable es de suma importancia para alcanzar el logro los objetivos o fines sociales y enfrentar los desafíos actuales del entorno mediante información oportuna,suficiente, confiable y relevante con el fin de dar opiniones y/o tomar decisiones teniendo una idea concisa del estado del ente. El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es proponer mejoras para un sistema contable eficiente en la Comisión de Usuarios del Sub Sector Hidráulico Ferreñafe. En el estudio realizado se utilizó para la recolección de datos, fuentes de naturaleza primerias y secundaria en relación con la investigación y el criterio de cronología, se tomó literatura de diversas bases de datos, artículos, revistas, tesis, libros, para la recolección de datos se realizó entrevista y guía de observación. con capital humano idóneo en las diversas áreas para el logro de la productividad y evitar impactos negativos. Se concluye que la captación de recursos monetarios, no monetarios y correcta gestión posibilita el procesamiento de información integrada conllevando a la sostenibilidad de estas organizaciones permitiendo la duración en el tiempo, transparencia y adaptabilidad en el entorno cambiante en beneficio de las comunidades que apoyan.The accounting system is of utmost importance to achieve the social objectives or purposes and face the current challenges of the environment through timely, sufficient, reliable and relevant information in order to give opinions and / or make decisions having a concise idea of the state of the entity. The objective of this research work is to propose improvements for an efficient accounting system in the Users Commission of the Ferreñafe Hydraulic Sub Sector. In the study carried out, primary and secondary sources were used for data collection in relation to the research and the chronology criterion, literature was taken from various databases, articles, journals, theses, books, for the collection of data was conducted interview and observation guide. with suitable human capital in the various areas to achieve productivity and avoid negative impacts. It is concluded that the capture of monetary and non-monetary resources and correct management enables the integrated information processing leading to the sustainability of these organizations, allowing the duration in time, transparency and adaptability in the changing environment for the benefit of the communities they support.
