Resumen
Esta tesis se desarrolla analizando las propiedades mecánicas y físicas del adobe compactado normal como los adobes con porcentajes de adición de viruta y pajilla de arroz elaborados en el
caserío Mesarrume, distrito Choros, provincia Cutervo, 2022. Primeramente, se hicieron los ensayos in situ con el fin de elegir el material adecuado, seguido de las pruebas de laboratorio para establecer que suelo es apto para la elaboración de los adobes compactados. Del mismo modo,se obtuvo la viruta de madera y la pajilla de arroz del mismo caserío que sería Mesarrume. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo principal Analizar las propiedades mecánicas y físicas del adobe compactado con 1.5%, 3.0% y 4.5% de adición de viruta de madera y pajilla de arroz. Tras observar los resultados se constata que los adobes compactados con la adición de viruta de madera y pajilla de arroz mejoran sus propiedades del adobe normal, como Absorción, resistencia a la compresión, tracción indirecta, compresión diagonal, compresión de muretes o adobe tapial, resistencia del mortero a la tracción. Concluyendo con todos estos resultados se puede decir que el adobe compactado de viruta de madera y pajilla de arroz al 1.5% tiene una resistencia óptima.
This thesis is developed by analyzing the mechanical and physical properties of normal compacted adobe such as adobes with percentages of addition of shavings and rice straw made in the Mesarrume hamlet, Choros district, Cutervo province, 2022. First, in situ tests were carried out in order to choose the appropriate material, followed by laboratory tests to establish which soil is suitable for the production of compacted adobes. In the same way, the wood shavings and the rice straw were obtained from the same hamlet that would become Mesarrime. The main objective of this research isto analyze the mechanical and physical properties of compacted adobe with 1.5%, 3.0% and 4.5% addition of wood chips and rice straw. After observing the results, it is confirmed that the adobes compacted with the addition of wood chips and rice straw improve their properties of normal adobe, such as absorption, resistance to compression, indirect traction, diagonal compression, compression of walls or rammed adobe, resistance of the tensile mortar. Concluding with all these results, it can be said that the compacted adobe of wood chips and 1.5% rice straw has optimal resistance.
