Influencia del teletrabajo en el desempeño laboral de los docentes de una institución educativa estatal Tumán 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada Influencia del teletrabajo en el desempeño laboral de los docentes de una Institución Educativa Estatal Tumán 2021, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia del teletrabajo en el desempeño laboral de los docentes de una Institución Educativa Estatal Tumán 2021. El enfoque fue cuantitativo, tipo de estudio fue aplicada, nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población fue igual a la muestra y estuvo conformado por 45 docentes, se utilizó dos cuestionarios establecidos por la Organización Internacional de Trabajo para la variable teletrabajo y Vera y Gouveia para la variable desempeño laboral, ambas en escala tipo Likert. Los datos obtenidos se procesaron por medio del programa estadístico SPSS V.25 a través de Shapiro Wilk. Los resultados señalaron con un 95% de confianza que, si existe una relación significativa y negativa entre las variables teletrabajo y desempeño laboral, esto sucede porque los docentes de la Institución de estudio no estaban preparados para la digitalización total de sus clases, no tenían al menos un conocimiento básico del manejo de las Tics y de las plataformas además no se les brindo una capacitación para la realización de ello viéndose afectado directamente en su desempeño laboral.

The present investigation entitled Influence of teleworking on the work performance of teachers of a State Educational Institution Tumán 2021, had as a general objective to determine the influence of teleworking on the work performance of teachers of a State Educational Institution Tumán 2021. The approach was quantitative, type of study was applied, explanatory level and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population is equal to the sample and was made up of 45 teachers, two questionnaires established by the International Labor Organization were used for the teleworking variable and Vera and Gouveia for the job performance variable, both on a Likert-type scale. The data obtained were processed using the statistical program SPSS V.25 through Shapiro Wilk. The results indicated with 95% confidence that, if there is a significant and negative relationship between the variables teleworking and work performance, this happens because the teachers of the Institution of study were not prepared for the total digitization of their classes, they did not have at least a basic knowledge of the management of ICTs and platforms, in addition, they were not given training to carry it out, being directly affected in their work performance.
