Resumen
En la localidad de El Pintor, se ha identificado una escasez significativa de activos fijos agrícolas, lo cual afecta directamente la eficiencia y rentabilidad de los productores de arroz. Este estudio plantea como solución la adquisición de dichos activos mediante la modalidad de leasing operativo, a través de contratos de arrendamiento financiero, con el objetivo de mejorar la rentabilidad del sector arrocero local. Uno de los principales problemas detectados es el retraso en el acceso a maquinaria agrícola, lo que provoca que muchos agricultores inicien la campaña de siembra tarde o pierdan la oportunidad de aprovechar las condiciones climáticas óptimas, como es el caso de la temporada de sequía o verano. Asimismo, la falta oportuna de cosechadoras afecta la calidad del grano, disminuyendo su valor comercial y reduciendo las ganancias de los productores. Este estudio también aborda aspectos clave como el análisis del proceso productivo actual del arroz, las necesidades específicas de activos fijos, el acceso al sistema financiero, y se incluyen proyecciones y comparaciones de los estados de resultados antes y después de la adquisición de los activos mediante leasing. Finalmente, se analiza cómo esta modalidad incide en la mejora de la rentabilidad de los productores
In the painter's town there are few fixed assets, so in this thesis study the acquisition of said assets is proposed through the operational leasing modality that will be agreed through this financial lease contract, thus improving the profitability of rice producers and the need for these fixed assets since being and being available exclusively for said town of the painter will allow them to move forward with the rice planting campaign, since one of the fundamental problems raised in said town is the wait for long periods of time to rent fixed assets, which until said agricultural machinery arrives, the drought or summer season would have already begun and on the part of the rice harvesters, by not having said machine and with the wait the rice grain will not come out suitable for the pile and after the sale of said product it will be of low quality, thus decreasing their profits. This study also addresses highly relevant issues, such as the current rice production process, which is detailed in order to improve production and provide a more organized concept. It also shows and describes the needs for fixed assets and access to the financial system. Projected and comparative income statements have been prepared before and after the acquisition of said assets, and finally, how operating leasing affects the improvement of profitability.
