Reducción de riesgos disergonómicos en el área de estiba de la empresa Corporación Herrera SAC para reducir costos laborales

Abstract

En el presente estudio se analizó la situación actual las condiciones disergonómicas en los puestos de trabajo en el área de estiba, donde se identificaron diferentes falencias como las malas posturas reflejadas cuando el estibador realiza el levantamiento de carga, los movimientos repetitivos de los estibadores en la descarga y transporte del producto, y que gracias a la matriz IPERC - análisis REBA realizado, se logró percibir un nivel muy alto, significando que es necesaria la actuación inmediata ante esta actividad; por otro lado se identificó un nivel alto de ausentismos y accidentes laborales,lo cual llegó a representar un costo total por riesgos disergonómicos de S/ 55 990,24; de acuerdo a ellos se plantearon mejoras, primero; establecer un procedimiento escritode trabajo, para mejorar la forma en que se realiza la actividad; luego la compra de unamáquina transportadora a través de faja que permita facilitar la actividad de los estibadores y reducir los costos por riesgos disergonómicos, esto se planteó ya que estaactividad viene siendo ejecutada por 6 años de manera continua; finalmente se realizó un plan de capacitaciones para instruir al personal sobre las mejoras planteadas y el uso de la maquinaria; por otro lado se hizo el análisis costo beneficio de la propuesta en donde resultó que con una inversión de S/ 74 660 se obtendrá un VAN de S/ 56,703.88, TIR de 40% y un costo beneficio de 2.24; indica que se obtendrá S/ 1.24 céntimos por sol invertido.In the present study, the current situation of disergonomic conditions in jobs in the stowage área was analyzed, where they were identified different shortcomings, such as poor posture, reflected when the stevedore performs the load lifting; the repetitive movements of the stevedores in the unloading and transporting the product; and that thanks to the IPERC matrix and REBA analysis carried out, a very high level was perceive, which means that immediate action is necessary for this activity; on the other hand, a high level of absenteeism and labor accidents was identified, which came to represent a total cost due to disergonomic risks of S/ 55 990,24. According to the diagnosis, the following improvements were proposed. In the first place, establish a written work procedure, to improve the way in which the activity is carried out; then the purchase of a conveyor machine through a belt that facilitates the activity of the stevedores and reduces the costs due to disergonomic risks, this was proposed as that this activity has already been carried out for more than 7 years in a continuous; finally, it was possible to carry out a training plan to instruct the staff on the proposed improvements and the use of the machinery; on the other hand, the cost-benefit analysis of the proposal was made, where it turned out that with an investment of S/ 74,660, a VAN of S/ 56,703.88 will be obtained, an IRR of 40% and a cost benefit of 2.24; indicates that S/ 1.24 cents will be obtained for sol invested.
