Intervención arquitectónica para contribuir a la preservación del bosque Coskef en el distrito de Oyotún

Abstract

La investigación se enfoca en el bosque Coskef perteneciente a la región Lambayeque, la cual viene siendo sometida a muchas actividades negativas por las personas que atentan a la extinción de esta área natural y su ecosistema, así también a la pésima gestión de las autoridades que permiten que se cometan este tipo de actos, como también la carencia ambiental y el desconocimiento de Coskef. El proyecto de investigación tiene por objetivo general contribuir a la preservación del bosque Coskef a través de intervenciones arquitectónicas eficientes. Para lograrlo a cabo, se planteó la investigación en 4 fases: la primera consistió en identificar las causas de la degradación del paisaje del bosque Coskef, seguido a ello la segunda fase que consistió en estructurar el paisaje del bosque Coskef, ligado a esto la tercera fase que se basó en la evaluación de obras similares para el desarrollo de un programa arquitectónico eficiente que conlleva a la última fase en donde se plantea un centro de interpretación de la naturaleza. Obteniendo como resultados una lista de causas producidas por la misma naturaleza y otras por intervención humana, que degradan el paisaje de Coskef, así también un amplio conocimiento del bosque ya que el análisis llevo a estructurar el bosque en la cual concluye una realidad mucho más a fondo de Coskef, debido a que cada zona del bosque es muy particular y diferente a las demás, finalmente emplazando una arquitectura adecuada en el territorio del bosque.The research focuses on the Coskef forest belonging to the Lambayeque region, which has been subjected to many negative activities by people that threaten the extinction of this natural area and its ecosystem, as well as the poor management of the authorities that allow such acts to be committed, as well as the environmental deficiency and ignorance of Coskef. The general objective of the research project is to contribute to the preservation of the Coskef forest through efficient architectural interventions. To achieve this, the research was divided into 4 phases: the first phase consisted of identifying the causes of the degradation of the Coskef forest landscape, followed by the second phase which consisted of structuring the Coskef forest landscape, linked to this the third phase which was based on the evaluation of similar works for the development of an efficient architectural program that leads to the last phase where an nterpretation center of nature is proposed. Obtaining as results a list of causes produced by nature itself and others by human intervention, which degrade the landscape of Coskef, as well as a broad knowledge of the forest since the analysis led to structure the forest in which concludes a much more in-depth reality of Coskef, because each area of the forest is very particular and different from the others, finally placing an appropriate architecture in the territory of the forest.
