The thesis proposed an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) for Facilita S.A.C., a company dedicated to cleaning, environmental sanitation, and height work, with the aim of reducing labor costs resulting from accidents. An initial diagnosis of compliance with the requirements of Law 29783 was conducted using the baseline, achieving a compliance rate of 14,64%, and risks were evaluated using the IPERC matrix, where 28% of the risks were categorized as important, 68% as moderate, and 4% as intolerable. Based on this diagnosis, deficiencies were identified in safety protocols, insufficient training, and inadequate operational procedures, leading to an accident rate of 29%. The proposal included improvements in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the implementation of procedures for work at heights, and a training plan. The economic results were favorable, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/188 079,94, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 55,08%, and a payback period of 2,81 years. A reduction in the accident rate to 5%, an increase in the system compliance index to 85%, and improvements in frequency rates from 21,8 to 8 and severity rates from 276 to 100 were projected. These results demonstrated that the investment is not only profitable but also improves the safety and productivity of the company in the long term.
