Modelo de acompañamiento personalista para el afrontamiento de la muerte con visión cristiana

Abstract

La muerte es una realidad inherente en el ser humano, que es necesario concebir en su sentido integral, no solo como una realidad natural, sino también sobrenatural, para evitar ciertos daños en la salud psicológica de las personas; por lo que es fundamental darle a esta realidad una visión cristiana, concibiéndola como un medio para una vida superior. Por tal motivo, se ha realizado la presente investigación con el propósito de diseñar un modelo de acompañamiento personalista para el afrontamiento de la muerte con visión cristiana. Esta investigación es de tipo teórica documental, ya que se utilizó el análisis de documentos para lograr los objetivos planteados. Entre los resultados alcanzados, en primer lugar, se identificaron las actitudes de los seres humanos ante el fallecimiento de un ser querido, tanto cristianas como las no cristianas, que afloran del interior del ser humano que padece la muerte de un ser amado, y como resultado de su aceptación o rechazo son los actos que relucen en el exterior del ser humano, produciendo dolor y angustia, llevando un duelo amargo y duradero. En un segundo momento, se argumentó la necesidad de darle un sentido sobrenatural a la muerte, siguiendo el modelo de la doctrina cristiana de la Iglesia católica. Así mismo, se propuso algunos recursos espirituales que ofrece el cristianismo para el acompañamiento personalista, orientados al afrontamiento de la muerte de un ser querido; y finalmente se propuso un programa de actividades educativas para este acompañamiento, con visión personalista y cristiana.

Death is an inherent reality in the human being, which is necessary to conceive it in its integral sense, not only as a natural reality, but also as a supernatural one, in order to avoid certain damages in the psychological health of people; therefore, it is fundamental to give this reality a Christian vision, conceiving it as a means for a superior life. For this reason, the present research has been carried out with the purpose of designing a model of personalistic accompaniment for coping with death with a Christian vision. This research is of a documentary theoretical type, since only the analysis of documents was used to achieve the proposed objectives. Among the results achieved, in the first place, the attitudes of human beings before the death of a loved one were identified, both Christian and non-Christian, which emerge from the interior of the human being who suffers the death of a loved one, and as a result of their acceptance or rejection are the acts that shine in the exterior of the human being, producing pain and anguish, leading to a bitter and lasting mourning. In a second moment, it was argued the need to give a supernatural sense to death, following the model of the Christian doctrine of the Catholic Church. Likewise, some spiritual resources offered by Christianity for the personalist accompaniment, oriented to the confrontation of the death of a loved one, were proposed; and finally, a program of educational activities for this accompaniment, with a personalist and Christian vision, was proposed.
