Resumen
En este estudio se pretende conocer la realidad sobre la interacción familia- trabajo de los colaboradores. El objetivo general fue: Identificar el nivel de interacción familia-trabajo de los colaboradores de la empresa de transportes Tours Ángel Divino S.A.C- Chiclayo 2020. Esta investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo y es de nivel descriptivo. La población está conformada por 105 colaboradores (55 conductores, 30 administrativos, 20 control interno).Además, el instrumento que se empleó fue la Escala (SWING) de Geurts et al. (2005). Contiene 22 preguntas y se divide en 4 factores: Interacción negativa trabajo familia y viceversa (8 y 4 preguntasrespectivamente) e interacción positiva trabajo- familia
y viceversa(5 para cada factor). Se halló niveles altos de interacción negativa Trabajo – Familia y Familia – Trabajo, y niveles medios de interacción Trabajo– Familia y Familia – Trabajo, lo que implica que los aspectos de interacción negativos son mayores que la interacción positiva, concluyendo que es necesario mantener un balance en ambos entornos para mejorar el desempeño personal tanto en el lugar de trabajo como en el ambiente familiar.
Thisstudy aimsto know the reality about the family-work interaction of the collaborators. The general objective was: Identify the level of family-work interaction of the collaborators of the transport company Tours Angel Divino S.A.C- Chiclayo 2020. This research had a quantitative focus and is descriptive level. The population is made up of 105 employees (55 drivers, 30 administrative and 20 internal control). In addition, the instrument used was the Scale (SWING) by Geurts et al. (2005). It contains 22 questions and is divided into 4 factors: negative work-family interaction and vice versa (8 and 4 questions respectively) and positive work-family interaction and vice versa (5 for each factor). High levels of negative interaction Work - Family and Family - Work, and medium levels of interaction Work - Family and Family - Work were found, which implies that the negative interaction aspects are greater than the positive interaction, concluding that it is necessary to maintain a balance in both environments to improve personal performance both in the workplace and in the family environment.
