Crecimiento empresarial de las emprendedoras del Comité Gremial Mujer Empresaria Lambayecana durante el año 2019

Abstract

Esta investigación surge de la necesidad de estudiar el emprendimiento femenino en Lambayeque, el cual es de vital importancia para el desarrollo y consolidación del comité Gremial, así como ser modelo para otras emprendedoras que quieran saber más de ellas. El objeto fue evaluar el crecimiento empresarial de las emprendedoras del Comité Gremial Mujer Empresaria Lambayecana durante el año 2019. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo. La población está conformada por 160 mujeres integrantes del comité gremial “Mujer Empresaria Lambayecana”, la muestra son 9 mujeres empresarias. El tipo de muestreo es el no probabilístico y por saturación en donde se aplicó una entrevista abierta estandarizada. Los resultados mostraron que los factores del crecimiento fueron el acceso al capital, la educación y la capacitación, la libertad para trabajar y viajar, el apoyo , los ideales culturales de los negocios de mujeres fuertes y el liderazgo político. Concluyendo que los principales factores para seguir la expansión es el financiamiento para aumentar la capacidad de producción, en el que piden ayuda a entidades bancarias, pero éstos no confían en ellas porque aún las catalogan como clientes en riesgo , obstaculizando de esta forma el emprendimiento en el Perú. Además de la falta de conocimiento en manejo de la tecnología y dentro de ellos el uso de redes sociales para poder publicitar mejor sus productos y llegar a más clientes.

This research arises from the need to study female entrepreneurship in Lambayeque, which is of vital importance for the development and consolidation of the union committee, as well as being a model for other entrepreneurs who want to learn more about them. The purpose was to evaluate business growth of the businesswomen of the Lambayecana Women's Business Union Committee during the year 2019. The research has a qualitative approach, of an applied type, non-experimental design and descriptive level. The population is made up of 160 women members of the union committee "Mujer Empresaria Lambayecana", the sample is 9 business women. The type of sampling is non-probabilistic and by saturation in which a standardized open interview was applied. The results showed that the limiting factors were access to capital, education and training, freedom to work and travel, support, cultural ideals of strong women-owned businesses, and political leadership. Concluding that the main limitation to continue the expansion is the financing to increase the productive capacity, in which they ask for help from the banking entities, but they do not trust them because they classify them as risk clients, thus hindering the venture in Peru. In addition to the lack of knowledge in managing technology and within them, the use of social networks to better advertise their products and reach more customers.
