Resumen
El apoyo emocional familiar fue un factor clave en la prevención y reducción de la agresividad en los adolescentes, ya que constituyo una base segura fundamental que favoreció su desarrollo emocional y social, permitiéndoles explorar y comprender su entorno y a sí mismos. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y de tipo transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 600 adolescentes de 1ero a 5to de secundaria, y se trabajó con una muestra de 235 estudiantes. El objetivo general fue determinar la relación entre el apoyo emocional familiar y la agresividad en estudiantes de una Institución Educativa Privada de Chiclayo, 2025. Para ello, se utilizaron el cuestionario de agresividad (AQ) y el cuestionario de Apoyo Emocional. Se encontró una relación significativa entre ambas variables.
