Resumen
La madurez y el bienestar psicológico influye directamente en la capacidad del individuo de reaccionar de forma adecuada ante situaciones desafiantes y poder sentir emociones positivas ya que, al ver ausencia de estas, traerá como consecuencia a un individuo sin autonomía, dificultad en la toma de decisiones y percepciones equivocadas de su entorno. En este sentido, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre madurez y bienestar psicológico, así mismo como objetivos específicos identificar los niveles según sexo y la relación entre las dimensiones. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental, de tipo descriptivo – correlacional, se trabajó con toda la población, por lo tanto, la muestra es de tipo censal, conformada por 167 estudiantes. Los resultados arrojaron que, existe una relación significativa moderada entre las variables de madurez y bienestar psicológico, asimismo se muestra que el nivel predominante para la variable madurez psicológica es el medio con 42.4% y 46.3% con una desviación estándar de 8.04 para ambos sexos respectivamente, además, el
nivel que prevalece para la variable bienestar psicológico es el medio con 42.4% y 50% con una
desviación estándar de 13.7 para ambos sexos, de igual manera, existe una relación significativa entre las dimensiones de ambas variables excepto las dimensiones: autonomía, orientación al trabajo y relaciones positivas con otros. En conclusión, a manera en que el adolescente sea capaz de tomar buenas decisiones y tener control de sus emociones, podrá experimentar sensaciones placenteras en su vida y lograr autorrealizarse.

Furthermore, the level that prevails for the psychological well-being variable is the medium with 42.4% and 50% with a standard deviation of 13.7 for both sexes, likewise, there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of both variables except the dimensions: autonomy , work orientation and positive relationships with others. In conclusion, as the teenager is able to make good decisions and have control of his emotions, he will be able to experience pleasant sensations in his life and achieve self-actualization.
